Academic Accommodation Appeal Process

Academic accommodations recommended by 需求方 can be appealed by either the student or by the instructor of the course for which the accommodation has been recommended. Please contact the 需求方 Director to receive information about the appeal process.

Dispute Resolution

需求方 Service Delivery 投诉 or 担忧

All attempts should be made to informally resolve 需求方 service delivery complaints or concerns. 投诉 should be made directly to the Director of the 需求方 program. If a reasonable solution to the complaint cannot be reached, the student may initiate a complaint with the College's Chief Student Services Officer or the ADA/504 Coordinator.

Discrimination 投诉 or 担忧

学生 are encouraged to work directly with faculty and staff, including meeting with department chairs or directors, in an effort to resolve concerns informally. If a reasonable solution to the complaint cannot be reached, or if the student would prefer assistance with finding an appropriate resolution, please contact the 需求方 Director.
